                COVID-19 Clinic Precautions

 

 

The health and wellbeing of our clients and therapists is very important to us.

​

We have implemented additional standards in an attempt to stop the spread of the virus and we follow or exceed sanitation/disinfection guidelines issued by Health Canada.

​

The measures we are taking include:

​

• All therapists and clients must wear a mask while in the clinic, including waiting area and treatment rooms.

• Temperature checks are performed upon arrival at the clinic.

• Disinfecting completely for all touch areas in treatment rooms after each treatment, such as workstations, massage tables, chairs, linens and our products with medical-grade sanitization techniques and cleaners.

• Increasing accessibility of hand sanitizers for clients and therapists at multiple locations. 

• Ensuring our therapists are well trained to uphold the required disinfecting procedures related to all types of service performed before and after each treatment, and are well informed about stay safe or stay at home if not feeling well. Providing mandatory associate face coverings and daily health checks to all therapists before their work sessions.

• Telephone screening all clients’ health condition before making appointments.

• Limiting and reducing client numbers in spa. Maximum 2 people allowed in waiting area at the same time.

• Temporarily suspending refreshments or tea served in spa.

 

We kindly ask that all clients please adhere to the following expectations:

• If you have positive sign of COVID-19, or have close contact with person who is a confirmed case of COVID-19, feeling sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have traveled recently, please kindly let us know any time prior to your treatment and we will be happily assist in rescheduling your appointment.

• Please use sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds upon arrival to the clinic.

• Wear masks at all times in the clinic.
